Noel is making relaxation an art form. Whether she's in the car, on a bed, or in her crate, she doesn't have to worry about anything. Not worrying means she doesn't have to be anxious. Not being anxious means she can finally stop running. It's such a relief to be able to stand still.
As Noel reduces her anxiety, she's able to settle for longer periods of time. She's also gained a pound or two which is good because she was showing a few too many ribs. It's a slow process which takes a lot of patience, but Trainer Paula is helping Noel every step of the way.
Noel is still anxious out in public, but she's working on that too by going lots of places. The more experiences she has, the more opportunities she has to learn there's nothing of which to be afraid. Noel is beginning to love going out to lunch and exploring new pet stores. There are so many things to see and smell. Adventures are now fun instead of panic inducing nightmares where Noel tries to run away from herself.
Good job Noel!
