Kenai, Forrest, and Sky had a fantastic time at their first Canine Parkour class last Sunday! This was a new activity for each dog that really channeled their energy into something fun!
Trainer Anitra lead the way dog through Downtown Raleigh as the dogs learned how to climb walls, jump benches, weave through poles, and slide down inclines. This class incorporated lots of fun and obedience in a busy atmosphere, building the dog’s focus on their human leader. They also got physical and mental outlets by using the city and objects around them as agility equipment! All three dogs were wonderful!
If you happen to have a jumping bean of a dog with seemingly endless energy, this class is perfect! Canine Parkour is also great for building confidence and trust between owner and dog.
