Sebastian is a young Goldendoodle who is working through his 3 week Dog Training Camp program with trainer Jonathan. Sebastian is getting a solid foundation on his self control and manners so he can grow up to be a calm, focused service dog.
Having rules and boundaries in place and being able to practice in lots of new places helps Sebastian see that the same rules apply wherever he is, and especially when he’s wearing his vest. As a service dog, Sebastian has to be able to go anywhere his companion wants to go, even a busy place filled with freshly sliced meat and cheese, with lots of people around him! Even though he is the cutest thing in the world, Sebastian must also practice self control to not seek attention from every passing person.
Simply being by Jonathan’s side is his job to focus on, and Sebastian does it well. Jonathan and Sebastian will get to have lots of adventures together to try out manners and socialize to new places. He did a great job staying calm and focused.
Great work Sebastian!
